You can get there from here with remote connection software
Sometimes you just can’t be there. Sometimes you aren’t at home and you have one of those "oh no" moments. You forgot something. A document, a link, an address. Or you just want to get home and finish up work stuff. That’s where remote access software comes in. EdTechPost relies on Hamachi and Unyte, LifeHacker has gushed about CrossLoop and iRemotePC. Yes, there are commercial options (GoToMyPC comes to mind) but if you’re not doing this often, you might shy away from it.
Oh, one really important thing you need to remember, both machines have to be on and connected to the Net for this to work. Simple and a no brainer I know, but sometimes you miss (or forget) the obvious.
